The purpose of the Worship Arts Ministry is to enhance our building year-round, to create a welcoming, inspiring atmosphere. Do you have an eye for decorating, design or skills and some passion in art, construction, sewing...? Are you creative? Would you simply enjoy lending a hand decorating? Any ideas or visions? Prayer Ministry
We are always on the ready to lift your life and the lives of those you care about in prayer to God. This discreet and faithful ministry team welcomes your requests for prayers of joy and thanksgiving as well as concerns and intercessions—whatever you would like lifted up to God. Caring in Times of Need
Would you appreciate someone coming to visit, bring a meal or two, do a little light housekeeping, grocery shop or run errands, chauffer to an appointment or church, or cut the grass? If at some point you find yourself in need of a helping hand, call your Deacon or Pastor Bruce. They will work with you and a volunteer to get the help you need.
Music Ministry
Make a joyful noise! Share your love for music with fellow worshipers during our 9:00 am Sunday Worship. Do you sing or play an instrument? New talents always welcomed! Practice is held on Thursday evenings: Choir at 7:00, Praise Team at 8:00. If you have any questions please contact Marge Rankin, Pastor Bruce or call the office.
Missions Ministry Team
The Missions Ministry Team is always looking for folks who have a passion for Christian service. Our team coordinates outreach efforts into the community and world, seeking always to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with our neighbors. If you have a heart for this type of service, whether you want to take on large service projects or simply organize a single annual offering, there is a place and a need for you. While we have existing activities that we're currently involved in, we are constantly looking for new ideas and new ways to serve. Sound & Video Ministry Team
We have a great sound and visual system and really cool professional equipment with lots of slides, dials and lights. It's all part of a vital ministry used in worship and teaching. Would you like to be part of the production team? Jim Leurquin heads up this team and can train you on our equipment. Our goal is to have a team of “experts” on a weekly schedule to man/woman the booth during worship and for special events and teaching times. If you are even just a little interested, talk with Jim. Get in on the training, you may discover an untapped talent and passion you never knew you had!
