We’re called to GROW. Paul’s prayer in Philippians is that our love would “abound” (!) more and more in knowledge and depth of insight.” That can only happen when the Word of God becomes for us the words by which our lives are transformed, not just informed—our own characters bearing out love, joy, peace all the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
